FAQs + Policies
We ship all orders within 5-7 business days of order, unless otherwise specified (or rush order is purchased). We ship all orders through USPS first class, unless USPS Priority is selected at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping. King Knits always ships to the address that is entered at checkout. Reshipment on packages, due to incorrect address, will be reshipped at customer’s cost.
We do not combine shipping on multiple orders, unless priority shipping is purchased.
We are able to make adjustments (custom orders, colors, designs) to orders within the first 24 hours.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Defects or Damages
If anything is wrong with your order, once received, we must be contacted within 5 days of receipt in order to initiate a claim. Please inspect your items once they have arrived. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, credit or otherwise on purchases over 5 days, or items that have been washed or worn.
Please be aware that tablet, television, computer, laptop, and smart phone screens might not depict real life colors.
Please, hand wash in cold and lay flat to dry.
